Candace has obtained the title of Accredited Land Consultant from the Real Estate Land Institute through years of specialized education and real estate transaction experience, identifying her as an expert in the industry while dealing in agriculture, commercial development, Rocky Mountain recreational properties and the numerous complex issues unique to land transactions. Candace has been a Broker in SW MT for 10 years.  
 
Candace has called Montana home all her adult life and has enjoyed the Gallatin Valley, Madison Valley, and Yellowstone Valley for all the outdoor recreational amenities and the tremendous work opportunities the area has to offer. After enjoying life on the family ranch along the Yellowstone, Candace moved to the Bozeman area. Real estate became her passion born out of her love and respect for the land, the area, and her education in residential interior design. Real estate is a natural fit for her talent. Candace grew up in the Rocky Mountains, mostly on the ski slopes in winter or the hiking trails in summer. Her newest sport of choice is touring the two lane highways of Montana on her Harley Davidson. Candace would be happy to guide your real estate tour on motorcycle, for those who ride that is.
